​Each Seasonal Entry Styling Collection includes:

• Delivery of seasonal pumpkins, gourds, and plant materials;

• Professional on site styling and installation;

• End of season pickup of organic materials and any decorative objects supplied by Onda Desert Living;

• Donation or composting of collected pumpkins whenever possible through our Pumpkins with Purpose initiative.

 

Seasonal Materials

Pumpkins, gourds, and seasonal plants are natural products. Size, color, shape, and availability vary throughout the season. Onda Desert Living carefully selects materials that best complement your home while remaining true to the collection you selected. Exact varieties and quantities may vary.

 

Reservation & Payment

​

Full payment is required to reserve your installation date and seasonal inventory. Reservations are confirmed once payment has been received.

 

Cancellation Policy

​

Because pumpkins and seasonal materials are purchased specifically for each reservation, all bookings are considered final. If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the scheduled installation, Onda Desert Living may issue a credit toward a future seasonal installation at its discretion. Cancellations within 14 days of installation are nonrefundable.

 

Weather

​

Installation dates may be adjusted due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly to arrange the nearest available installation date.

 

Access

​

Clients agree to provide safe access to the installation area. Please secure pets and remove personal items you do not wish to be incorporated into the display before our arrival.

 

Care of Seasonal Materials

​

Pumpkins and plants are living, natural materials. Their appearance will change over time due to weather, irrigation, wildlife, sun exposure, and normal aging. Onda Desert Living cannot guarantee the lifespan of natural materials after installation.

 

Wildlife

​

Arizona wildlife, including javelinas, rabbits, squirrels, birds, and insects, may disturb seasonal displays. While we can recommend placement strategies, Onda Desert Living is not responsible for damage caused by wildlife.

​

End of Season Pickup

​

Pickup includes removal of pumpkins, gourds, seasonal plant materials and any decorative objects supplied by Onda Desert Living. Decorative containers, lanterns, furniture, and other homeowner property will remain on site. If you do not wish to have pickup as part of your service, please indicate this in the Reservation Form.

 

Photography

​

Onda Desert Living may photograph completed installations for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes. We never publish client addresses or personal information. Clients who prefer not to have their home photographed may notify us before installation.

 

Satisfaction

​

Our goal is for every installation to exceed expectations. If you have any concerns with your display, please contact us within 24 hours of installation so we can work toward an appropriate resolution.

 

Agreement

​

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Service Agreement.
